Yin Nidra

The best thing to disconnect from the world is with two and a half hours of ME TIME. This Session will start with intention setting, followed by a head to toe yin class where we will hold poses for 5-minutes to end the class with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). For this class, please bring layers and eye mask and a blanket to put on the floor. Mats, bolsters and blocks will all be supplied. Be ready to relax and recalibrate!
