I bring all my expertise to my Yoga Days, splitting them in to two sections: XL Yoga and Yin Nidra.
The XL Yoga morning includes:
Vinyasa flow practice, where we focus on strengthening the joints and muscles using resistance bands,
Therapy balls to release your aches and pains,
Hylotropic breathing to induce an altered state of mind which will bring you to a deeper understanding of yourself, and
A long-guided relaxation to end.
After lunch, we’ll reconvene for Yin Nidra.
This session will be all about releasing and letting go. We’ll begin with two hours of holding yin positions with the support of props and bolsters, and then end with a guided Yoga Nidra. As always, all participants will receive reiki healing to ensure everyone leaves feeling completely restored.
