This is a two hand half hour session. The first hour is a flow vinyasa yoga class where I introduce resistant bands to strengthen the body. The second hour is all about releasing tension and aches with the help of therapy balls . The session ends with holotropic breathing, en intense breathing technique that allows your mind to quiet and takes you into a deep relaxation.
This session can be done individually or as part of the day retreat. if you want to come for the whole day bring some lunch or go somewhere for a bite to eat and join us at 2pm for a relaxing and nourising afternoon.
